How fast will I see results?
It depends on your market, your reviews, how long you have been around and whether you use the tools. Missed call text back works on day one. SEO takes months. If you want to pay us and never log in, we are probably not a fit.
Why is it priced this way?
Because we want you around for years. Fair monthly pricing and good service mean you never have a reason to leave.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans are month to month, so you can stop at the end of any month.
What happens if I cancel?
We will be sad for a minute and then we will get over it. The systems we run for you switch off at the end of your last paid month. Your domain and content stay yours.
Can I keep my website if I cancel?
Yes. It is possible to transfer your website out when you cancel. To learn more, see Section 17.5 of our Terms and Conditions.
Will people find my website on Google?
Every site is built with local search basics: keyword research, page titles, headings, alt text, SSL, speed and schema. Where you rank depends on competition, reviews and time, which is why we keep working on it every month.
Do you help my business show up in AI search like ChatGPT?
Yes. AI search optimization is included in Lead Starter and Lead Growth. We make your website, Google Business Profile and business details clear and consistent so tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Gemini can understand and recommend your business.
Is AI search optimization different from local SEO?
They work together. Local SEO helps you rank in Google search and the Google map pack. AI search optimization makes sure AI tools can pull accurate answers about your services, service area, hours and reviews. Most of the work, like a strong Google Business Profile, recent reviews and clear service pages, helps both.
Word of mouth already works. Why pay for this?
Word of mouth is great. These tools make it louder: more reviews, faster replies and campaigns that remind happy customers to refer you. For most businesses a couple of extra customers a month covers the cost.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can send a text, you can use this. We set it up and show you on the launch call.
Can I keep my current website or phone number?
Usually yes. We can port your number and rebuild on your existing domain.
Who owns my website and domain?
Your domain, Google Business Profile, content and customer data are yours. The website we build is licensed to you while your plan is active, and you can buy it out if you cancel.
